When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us at order@beautydrugs.net

You will be required to provide your order number as well as your email address used for site login.To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by Post service.

SHIPPING

We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. It takes 1-3 days to process your order. We ship your order via Poste Italiane, it takes 7-18 business days to arrive. The cost to Europe shipping is 12 Euro.

Free shipping for orders over EUR 70.
